Kitchen Remodeling in The Heights
The Heights has a mix you don't find anywhere else in Houston. You've got Craftsman bungalows from the early 1900s sitting next to modern three-story builds. Victorian cottages on the same block as townhomes. Every house has its own personality, and the kitchen needs to match.
Working on a kitchen in a hundred-year-old Heights bungalow is a different animal than working on new construction. The floor plans are tight, the plumbing and electrical are old, and if you're in the Historic District there are rules about what you can and can't change. We've done enough of these to know what to expect. We know how to open things up and modernize the function without losing what makes the house special.
If you bought a newer Heights build and the kitchen feels generic, we can fix that too. A lot of the new construction in the area gets basic builder finishes that don't match the price tag. We come in and make it feel like the rest of the neighborhood: a little different, a lot better.
