It depends on what you're doing. A targeted update might run $25,000, while a full gut with high-end finishes can go north of $150,000. We give you a detailed proposal before we start so you know exactly where every dollar goes. No surprises.
Figure 6 to 12 weeks for most projects. A cosmetic refresh wraps up faster. A full gut with layout changes takes longer. We map out a timeline before we start and keep you updated along the way.
Most people stay in their homes. We set up a temporary cooking area for you and put up dust barriers to keep the mess contained. We clean up every day before we leave.
Yes. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections, and make sure everything is up to code. You don't have to deal with any of that.
