Crafted Kitchens (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Houston-based design/build remodeling firm owned by Frank Lujan. This policy explains what we collect when you use mycraftedkitchen.com or contact us, and how we use it.
When you submit our contact form to request an estimate, you provide your name, phone number, email, the service you’re interested in, your budget range, and your project address (street, city, state, and ZIP), plus any details you choose to add. We use the address to confirm your project is within our service area and to schedule an in-home estimate. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.
We use what you share only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare your estimate, and communicate with you about your project. We never sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the tools we use to run our business (for example, our website host and our internal project-management system).
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to serve you and for our normal business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just email info@mycraftedkitchen.com. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to a text or ask us to remove you.
