Copperfield is one of those Houston neighborhoods that people move into and never want to leave. It's a well established master planned community right off Highway 6, close to everything on the west side without the price tag of some of the newer developments. Families love it here. The parks are great, Bear Creek Park is right around the corner, and the Longenbaugh area has some of the best tree lined streets in northwest Houston.
Most Copperfield homes were built in the late 80s and through the 90s. They were solid houses when they went up, and they still are. But the kitchens and bathrooms? Those are showing their age. We see a lot of original oak cabinets, laminate countertops, single basin sinks, and tile that belongs in a different decade. The layouts are usually fine, but the finishes need a serious refresh.
